Growth Will Eventually Develop Far more Than 200 New Employment
Gulfstream will extend and renovate its Appleton, Wisconsin, facility’s completions operations, even further boosting the development and installation of award-profitable Gulfstream plane interiors. The expansion will ultimately make much more than 200 new jobs.
“This expansion is one more hard work in our very long-selection strategy to up grade and modernize Gulfstream facilities to even further help our prospects,” explained Mark Burns, president, Gulfstream. “Enhancing the Appleton completions operations is in line with Gulfstream’s tradition of steady enhancement and will let the craftspeople who develop Gulfstream’s award-successful plane interiors to build on the excellence they currently deliver.”
The Appleton completions hangar enlargement and renovation are element of a collaborative partnership with Appleton Worldwide Airport (ATW) and will maximize the existing space by far more than 13,000 square feet/1,208 square meters, bringing the full completions space to 126,500 sq ft/11,752 sq m. The task is envisioned to be full in the third quarter of 2021 and enhances the expansion of Gulfstream Purchaser Support’s close by maintenance, repair and overhaul facility in 2019.
